Configuration options

Key parameters available when provisioning:

  • Keycloak version -- select the version
  • FQDN -- the domain name for accessing your Keycloak instance

Accessing your instance

After provisioning, your Keycloak instance is available at the FQDN configured during setup. Retrieve the admin credentials from the instance detail page in the portal.

  1. Open the FQDN in your browser.
  2. Navigate to the admin console.
  3. Log in with the admin credentials from the portal.
  4. Configure realms, clients, and users as needed.

Backup & recovery

  • Automated backups cover the Keycloak database (realms, users, clients, configuration)
  • Backup retention and recovery procedures depend on the specific offering

Contact support if you need to restore from a backup.

Limitations & known issues

  • Custom Keycloak themes and SPIs may need to be requested through support
  • Clustering configuration is managed by Servala and not user-configurable
