Marketplace Onboarding

If you're coming to Servala through a cloud provider marketplace (e.g., Exoscale Marketplace), your onboarding experience is slightly different from a direct signup.

How marketplace onboarding works

  1. You subscribe to Servala through your cloud provider's marketplace.
  2. The cloud provider creates a Servala organization on your behalf.
  3. You receive an invitation or activation link to access the Servala Portal.
  4. Log in to the portal -- your organization and billing are already configured.

What's pre-configured

When onboarding through a marketplace, the following are typically set up for you:

  • Organization -- already created and linked to your cloud provider account
  • Billing -- handled through your existing cloud provider billing
  • Cloud provider access -- services from your cloud provider are immediately available

After logging in

Once you're in the portal, the experience is the same as for any other user. You can:

  • Invite team members to your organization
  • Browse the service catalog
  • Provision services on your cloud provider's infrastructure
